Default suspension set ups for FF cars

i understand FR layouts require firmer in the front and softer in the back. what about ff cars? i have a 93 civic hatch and i wanted to know what would be the best setup for canyon racing, autocross, and tracks. i have 5 way adjustable Tokico Illumina R coilovers. everything else is pretty much stock.

if u want the the car to rotate easier, harder in the rear and softer in the front. if u have those shocks, you are limited with the springrates. 450 is pushing the limits of them. u can try like 350-400 in the front and 450 in the back. if you get koni yellows and revalve them, you can get stiffer rates.

The problem is you can't have a setup that is really good on the track, autocross, and canyon roads. For the canyon roads you'll want something slightly harder to stop the body roll and to just tighten up the handling. For a racetrack you'll want harder springs with more firmness in the rear so you can accelerate harder out of the corners, but also not soo hard that it will get upset on your canyon roads, and not so rear biased that you end up backing off the canyon road. For autocross you have to have a lot of rear bias since speeds are never that fast you'll need to dial in a LOT of oversteer.
