Default spining a bearing?

ok i just got a engine rebulid and it makes like a high pitch rattle or squel BUT its not a belt its coming from inside the block or headbut the head is still stock so i think its a bearing what are some signs of a spun bearing like sounds performance loss any thing thaks

im not sure my oil is a bit over the second dot vtec works so i guess its ok
