Accords aren't well supported in the aftermarket in general. Being an 05 it will be less supported. Only time will tell

the hondas with the biggest aftermarket is the civic hands down.

if you like the accord though go for it, you could still do minor mods like suspension and i/h/e etc.

but dont look to like do engine swaps and turbos and stuff, in the future it will get bigger though, it has with every honda

The V6 Accord with 6 speed actually has a stronger aftermarket than the 4 cylinder. And there are a lot of OEM options from CLs and TLs to help you upgrade also. Check out http://www.comptechusa.com They already have exhaust, headers, a short shifter kit, and some other things for the new Accord. And from what I understand a supercharger for the new V6 is under construction right now. I would say go for it. There's nothing wrong with a 300 hp Accord V6 coupe with 6 spd manual. That's enough aftermarket for me.

Quick thought for h2290. I was reading your sig.........

1. there is no possible way to put HEADERS (plural) on a 4 banger
2. You can have a header and a turbo (i.e.- tubular turbo header)

yeah the accord i like is the honda performance pkg. the rims are awsome and what ever body kit on there looks good. and stock 240hp is alot more then my current car. im gonna search some to see what there is before i get a different car. where else can i search for aftermarket stuff for hondas. example the accords. thanks all

So you agree that you can't put HEADERS and a turbo on a 4 banger. Or just HEADERS alone for that matter. Making my statement true.

You can't put HEADERS AND a turbo on your Honda.(assumption: 4 cyl.)

Anyway, to your question, the Accord aftermarket is really starting to take off. I would go for it.
