i bought my car with a f'ed up antenna and i just got a new antenna in the mail today but I dont know howto install it, can anyone please help me out.

 

Find Yourself a t-25 screwdriver (I believe) and some string. Actually, a good amount of string. I want to say 10 ft. Now find your antenna lead inside the car (behind the radio) Tie the string to it, undo the torx bolts on the outside mount of the antenna, wiggle the antenna free and start pulling very easily.

It may get caught on something under the dash, so again, be easy with it, you may have to go under there and untangle it. Once the whole thing is out, undo the string and tie it onto the lead of your new antenna, reverse the process by pulling the string inside the car. Sort of self explanatory after that.


Thats, the best I remember it from the helms. Do yourself a favor and get a copy. That thing is like the bible!

nvm, i went out there are tore the **** out of it and got it anyways, thats a pain in the *** to do with the cruise control unit in the way
