Default Toda Racing Engine

ok, so i was trying to resize this pic and i noticed something different.....

there is a wire connected to the oil filter and to the block.....

what is it for?

some kind of grounding? oil temp wire?

sorry if this has been covered before..... i just now noticed it.......

looks like the motor came out some sort of Formula car...

It's the crank position sensor. It's just laying there not pluged into anything.

you know the closer i look at it, i see that now....

when i first looked at it, the end that looks like it is attached to the oil filter, looked like it was some sort of silicone bonding(glue)......

now i see the plug shape......

They run that motor in F3, Mugen runs pretty much the same setup.
