Clutch question - not honda specific but I need some input
OK now I'm cursing that I was so excited about having the chance to work on a genuine supercar. This damn Vector is a huge pain in the ***.
The problem is, if the clutch pedal is not smashed all the way to the floorboard, it doesn't disengage - grinds like crazy trying to get into reverse, in 1st if your foot is off the brake and on the clutch it still tries to start creeping forward. I adjusted the master cylinder actuator so it's screwed out as far as possible and the problem is still there. Tried bleeding the lines and not a bubble in sight and still giving me trouble. Is there typically a throw adjustment on the slave cylinder or do you think maybe the clutch is just shot on this thing? I'm getting really pissed at this car and would LIKE to get it working well.
Thanks
