Default 20:1 AFR HELP PLEASE ASAP!

running hondata S 200 modified fuel system, 880 cc inj.
drove car to shop for overhaul running rich !! After overhaul the same set-up is running extremly lean with no changes ?? tried increasing fuel pressure, switched resisters on injectors 10 watt 10 ohm. swithed ECU, hondata, set timing at 16 BTDC, gapped plugs at 44. While experimenting with some different chips that were burnt from a previous tune, we noticed that it did have a SLIGHT affect on the AFR (maybe 1-2 richer/leaner depending on chip) ?? Before we go any further and try and tune it, I wanted to make sure that this wasn't something completely unusual and/or something we should be worried about. Thanks for any/all help, it is greatly appreciated.

your widband o2 sensor might have took a crap.

does it run fine? trying to drive with 20:1 a/f would be next to impossible......it wouldn't move......

we thought about that. Tried a brand spankin new AEM Uego as well as a LM1. Both read identical. It "runs" but not very well, it does drive (sorta) but since its running so lean we didn't want to drive it just too much, basically just around the shop parking lot.

My guess is that the sensor is not installed in the exhaust. 20:1 is what most widebands read in free-air. Either the sensor itself is bad, or the sensor is not in the exhaust stream.

BUMP, anyone got other ideas, he is using and innovative WB02 setup. No exhaust leaks at all, one thing that is puzzling, is the vaccum at idle on an autometer gauge is reading 15 on the vaccum. Doest that seem low?? Also this motor is a 84.5mm 9 to 1 compression.
Come on guys someone out there give us some things to try.
