I just picked up:
Distributor Cap and Rotor
Oil Filter
Fuel Filter
A Case of Valvoline SynPower 5w30
Timing Belt
Water Pump
Spark Plugs And Wires
for 250 bucks..... is this a good price?

Considering the water pump is probably running right near $100 I wouldn't say it was a great deal. Probably right near average if anything.
