If you want a dual like Fujitsubo or Apexi World Sport and want to stay quiet, why not save a grand and stay stock. It's pretty much the same except for polished mufflers.

Aftermarket exhuasts for the s2k are usually about half the weight, they look 100x better, and an exhuast can be heard in the car even at a low decible like the Fujitsubo or Apexi. I had an N1 catback on my RSX-S and it woke up the neighbors. A friend of mine has a World Sport on his hatch and it sounds great, slightly louder than stock. Personally I will never put another exhuast like the N1 on a daily driven car again. Hearing Vtec, intake and exhuast in harmony is a beautifull thing. You lose that balance with a loud exhuast.

Personally, I run the Spoon exhaust. While it is loud, it is the best sounding exhaust in my opinion (with the Amuse single probably a very close second). I also have an AEM V2 intake. These two harmonize pretty well together and both the intake and exhaust can be heard. It is a symphony of sound as far as mechanical sounds can be a symphony.
With that being said, no dual besides maybe the Amuse dual ti weighs half of stock. No duals that I know of offer any gain and most of their tones are not very different from stock. There's a sond library from Best Motoring that pretty much has all available exhausts for the S 2000 at idle, revving, and flyby. So, I guess what I'm saying is for around $1,000, you get an exhaust that doesn't give you any power, doesn't save much weight, and doesn't have that much of a different tone from stock (if you want it quiet like the thread starter). Although admittedly, the Fujitsubo looks a hell of a lot better than stock, $1,000 for only a polished exhaust with no other real benefits is a little much in my opinion. But to each their own.

do you have any pics of the world sport on an 04-05 sk2? or the fujitsubo one on the same car
You are getting a quality piece with either company but I would personally go with fujitsubo. I've read nothing but good responses from people with the fuji. exhaust. They also seem to a have bigger resonator for a quieter exhaust note. I recently said farewell to my invidia exhaust so I can replace it with the fuji legalis R.
I've never seen the world sport for the s2k, is it dual?

I'm trying to do the same right now. The Invidia, a very good exhaust for the money, is just too loud

Even with the silencers, it just drones really bad. But like I said, still a great exhaust for the money

Anything that uses an N1 style canister is going to be loud its just the nature of the straight thru design vs a more baffled muffler like the WS or the Fujitsubo so you'd be better off getting one of those two if you're worried about sound but you're not going to get much more power because the stock exhaust flows very well as its mandrel bent and has twin loop mufflers similar to the older mugen exhaust systems so the only thing you're going to gain from buy one of those two mentioned exhausts is a better shiney look and a slightly louder sound and i didn't know they made a WS dual so I'd definately consider that for myself because in my opinon it sounds awsome and as far as Spoon goes its a pretty loud exhaust and probably won't be what you're looking for and don't you hate it when people don't use periods or separate sentences because its very hard to read so please consider that next time you post good luck.

That looks pretty damn nice. Has anyone heard it in person?
I read a few peoples comments about the Apexi WS over at s2ki and they say that the hangers and flanges rust, which sucks. I was set on the fujitsubo but the 850$ price tag plus the long wait time made me hold off. The apexi is cheap and available so I might go for it.

Thats a big damn sentence, I'm out of breath.
Would the rust thing be under warranty by Apexi? That makes me have second thoughts as well.
