Hey guys!! Got a quick question, I have an oppurtunity to get my hands on a Apexi N1 for drit cheap. I was wondering what you guys thought about it the overall sound and quality...
I've been trying to find out if its too loud (couldn't find any sound clips).

The Apexi N1 is traditionally a loud exhaust. As it is a single, that will also make it a bit louder. They are also traditionally high quality. It wont be too loud though for the s2000. Ive heard one, sounded loud, but clean.

it sounds really really good. but it's loud... very loud hehehe

 

single is better for perfomance vs dual but the apexi n1 is loud like everyone else has said

 

Actually I just checked they're website and it doesn't say they even make an exhaust for this car!!!!

thats because the n1 is only available in Japan. The us apexi site doesn't say they make it, but they do. i wanted this for my car. i had an n1 on my old eclipse and i loved it. sound clips from it on an s2k sound sweet. the only problem with it is that its a little heavy, but at least its a single

 

We had been considering the N1 but decided to go with stock because even though it may not be quite as bad as other exhausts...the drone is still there...

 

Actually I went to see it yesterday and it appears to be a dual set up. I check all the equipment and its authentic apexi. Now I'm really confused?????? And it is a little on the heavy side. (not that I care)
Any one know what might be going on??
It even came off of another s2ki, same year and everything as mine.

 

Actually just stopped by the shop now and noticed it isnt the n-1 its the world sport. What do you guys think about the world sport??

my friend has the world sport, its pretty much like oem, but looks a bit better, but its a bit louder, not that much. i know he wants to slap on a test pipe on there. apex n1 tho gets my vote. i forgot who sent me a vid, but he had an apex n1 single on his car. it was sliverstone w/ a hardtop. hes from so cal, car sound'd mean tho.

That would be me, hehe. The exhaust is really droney around 3000 rpm. I have gotten used to it, but every now and then i get this contemplation whether to keep it or not.
