Default for those with 720cc's or larger...do you have this problem?

during the startup and at idle, the injectors load up and i would have to rev it to keep the injector from clogging or faulting in the future. this is being to be a pain and i wanted to know if this is a normal procedure that i have to practice to extend the life of the injectors.

btw, this is with a hondata 2b, fpr, intank pump and AEM fuel rail.

thanks in adv

they just may be crappy injectors or you have too much line pressure at idle and the pulse width needs to be kept shorter, try for atleast .5ms, can the 2b manage that??? did I understand what you menat by load up correct????

720's with DFI..no problem. Have them flow tested. When one goes bad it will run very rich all the time but it shows up at idle. Better rich than plugged and too lean

I read that the cold start enrichment maps are broken on Hondata right now... look on the Hondata forum.

these are actually brand new MSD 720cc injectors. so, they should actually idle fine without stumbling? thanks for the input guys.

did you remember to put a resistor box or inline resistors?

MSD injectors are peak/hold...

I havent had any problem with 750cc injectors.
Do you know what your multiplier is set to?
Granted cold start and idle conditoins do run a bit on the rich side, but
car still idles normally

i don't know about the multiplier but, yes a resistor box was added since the injectors are peak/hold as you said.
