Default Timing belt tensioner

I have a 1999 Honda Accord LX with automatic transmission and 80000 miles on it. The cam seal is leaking, so I have to replace that along with the timing and balancer belts since they are soaked in oil. When doing that, what else should I replace? Specifically, I am wondering about the timing and balancer belt tensioner.

The tentioners should be fine. Just spin them when there out to make sure that there not making any noise. If there noisey you'll want to replace them. This is a sign that there going bad. You probably won't have to though.
