Is the pedal soft??? then your not done bleeding the clutch...
If the pedal is solid pull the boot back and have some one confirm the slave is moving the fork.
You the bolt was put back in the throw out fork are you sure it threaded?
Was the bolt put back in?
heck, was the throw out bearing put back in??
we will need a bit more information from you to be of any real help.

i doubt this is the problem but here goes. while putting an act clutch into a fwd dsm we ran into a strange problem. after the pressure plate was torqued down the fingers were too far away from the throw out bearing, and no matter how far we adjusted the bearing, pedal, or slave cylinder, it wouldn't move far enough to engage the clutch. we had to take it all back apart and shim the throw out bearing rod's pivot point. talk about a pain in the ***.
i haven't heard of this in a Honda, but just throwing it out there.

the pedal is solid and my friend said he could see the fork move.
i never saw the bolt in the fork. the tranny came with the fork and bearing. i used the bearing that came with the tranny and not the one that came with the clutch.
when i first started the car i was able to move forward and reverse a few feet. then i cleaned up and when i went to drive the car it just rolled and the spedo moves in neutral and in gear when i push the gas.

A long shot but check that you put the copper gasket under the reverse switch..
If you did not it will jam the shift rail not letting you get in to any gear.
Q; with the engine off put the car in second gear "" PULL UP THE E BRAKE AND HOLD THE BRAKE PEDAL!!!"" push in the clutch and see if the car will start.
If it does start then the problem is in the trans and or linkage.
If the car jumps then clutch and or throw out are at fault . " the clutch will not disengage"
Good luck.
