Default input shaft bearing making noise...time for rebuild and possibly lsd, what all is needed?

As the topic says, my input shaft bearing is being noisy and needs to be replaced. The motor is a d16z6 with the stock tranny. Besides this bearing, what other bearings, seals, etc should i replace?could i possibly get parts numbers from majestic honda(best place to buy from?). If i do replace the stock differential with a helical lsd(most likely obx), what other parts will i need to install this? Also, what kind of clearances need to be measured, should i just buy a helms? My stepfather has rebuilt 13 speed transmissions from big rigs and is pretty knowledgable, but I just wanted to find out these things. TIA

91002-PS0-003 BEARING, BALL (6305SPL) $17.74

I need to know which other bearings, seals, etc I should replace....TIA
