ok guys first i have a gsr wit t3 super 60 in my 92 hatch ok i'm using a hks mani not external internal ok now before i had my t3 wit a internal wastegate and my vac read 15vac on my boost gauge at idle, now i just welded a tial external wastegate on the mani,,now when i started the car the vac read 5 now..did anybody have this problem before i was leaking from the exhaust mani gasket fixed it, and i thought it was the weld but i got the wastegate welded again to cover all holes and now it's fine i cant find the leak anybody had this problem or can u guys tell me how to troubleshoot this????

and yes the 5bolt flange is covering the flapper hole....
