coil-over question
if i put just coil-over like ground control or skunk2 or whateva. do i have to buy aftermarket shock?.. can i just run it with stock shock?.. i know one of my friend just put springs and didn't get any shocks ... and it seems still ok..
newayz, gimme some advise~

depends on the spring rates you select. Go for anything remotely performance oriented (well above 200 lbs), and your stock shocks are living on borrowed time.
if you get something w/ high spring rates.. its going to be bouncy as hell.. i guess you COULD run stock shocks for a while if you dont mind it being boucny.. but your stock shocks will eventually go out... if your having a shop do the install.. you might as well save yourself the time and labor and have the 2 replaced at once..
if your doing it yourself.. you might as well save yourself the time involved in the labor of taking the suspension apart again... either way if it were me.. i'd replace both at once to save time/money/labor.. and get the full benefit of your coil over and shocks...
