a half cut would be your best bet.... but coverting is not worth it....$$$$$ there are some good sites that import rhd cars. ive seen them go for $6000. for an ef crx and then shipping going for $2000. the bad part about that is customs may hold your car for a while.......and then getting a vin can be a bitch too......but if you got time and money.......i would just import it.

getting a front clip for an EF8 or EF9 is pretty rare now and days. i found mine on accident and it came with ever thing for $2100 and i bet its going to be harder to get them in texas. all you can really do is do a search for a place on google or check out ebay, i see them on there every once in awhile

Why bother? Sounds like more money and effort than it's worth.
