Buiolding an B16 with 81.50mm pistons
Im currently building a b16a bottom end with 81.50mm CTR oversized pistons and its new compression would be 1615cc (as computed by piston diameter squared x rod length 77.4 x 3.1416)..
Can you guys help me out with its new compression ratio? Since the bore increses, will it change the compression ratio? By how much?
And ohhh.. also have spare b18b and b18c crank and rods..Will these fit in the b16a block? will i risk piston to valve issues? (i'll be usin pr3 equivalent pistons that are 81.50mm)
***Reason i made it to 81.50mm is the block's sleeves are scratched from a past set-up havin 81.25mm CTR pistons.. Honing wont do good since the scratches are deep but is still ok for 81.50mm bore.. :D***
Tnx!!! :D

I think you will run into issues with piston to valve contact because the deck height is shorter on the b16a's. The only exception is the b16b i believe, but either way i think the b18 rods on a b16 crank would just give you a weird *** r/s ratio
