Default How to determine proper clearance?

I am running 12:1 Cr Wiseco pistons in my B16a.
I am interested in running big cams ie. Jun III's or Skunks II.
Is there a way I can determine if I have enough clearance torun these big cams?
I know the head was milled 0.010 to resurface, and that the pistons have a 11.185 piston heght.
Any help is appreciated.

You will have no clearance problems with either of those cams.

But if you want to check for yourself, clay the motor using the VTEC lobe.
