i would either go with Omni or Tein ; they both put out a great ride I have personal experience with both the Tein (basics) ride like no other aftermarket suspension I've ever been in. Real smooth. If you have any questions about either just IM me i have both setups on my ferio, and hatch.

i have tein SS's and i would never go with anything of less quality i was astonished the first time i drove my car with them on it. they are finally stepping down though after about ayear of faithful service. im thinking RA's, or some Zeals

I had tein full coilovers on my 94 hatch and they gave me a year of great service until i sold the car to come to japan. I deffinately recommend them to everyone. as posted above better than any aftermarket suspension out. A bit of money but great performance.

I dont really see how you can compare the two bands really. Like compairing ground beef to filet minot. IMO.
I've heard people say the Tiens ride like a dream, but are not as stiff as some would like. So... the ride is great, but if you're looking for something that is neck-snapping-stiff, go elsewhere. I say you cant go wrong with Tien either-way.

Edit- My buddy has them on his hatch, and this is based on what he told me. I do not personally have them on my hatch.

tein has neck snapping stiff suspension setups, just not the SS or flex. look at the spring rates on the N1's ra's RS's etc.

Yeah, you're right.... but if he's looking at Eibach CO's to "drop" his car, Im guessing he's not looking to drop a couple grand on suspension .

Just like he said with the omni i got a stiffier ride but they handel alot better it all depends on what you want out of your car. Are you looking to Road Race it or is it a daily driver that your just looking for a good ride? Just my O2.

Oh, I see. In that case I'd say...
f*ck it, just cut the spring you got man!

Edit-
Really though.. Go Ground Controls or MaxSpeeds
About as basic as they come.

If you knew anything about Eibach, you'd already have them on your car.

I have Eibach Pro kit on my 97 civic and they work great. Cars not slammed and no bouncing. I have never used Tein so I can't comment on them but I got mine for $160 brand new/ shipped on ebay from a dealer. Good luck.

the differences are minimal and as noticable as a 2hp gain between most big name lowering springs out there, ur gonna drop ur ride, comfort will go down (duh!) and theres nothing u can do about it...ive been in cars with eibachs, ground controls and even skunk 2 coilovers....ALL BOUNCE ...rights now ive gott some
$100 sprint lowering springs, cuz i aint paying 300$ for eibachs that will do the same thing...ill buy shocks later on....spend the money there cuz its them that take all the pressure....watever you do DONT cut ur springs....thats the worst....

I've had both tein and eibach springs on my car. You really cant go wrong with any of them if you're just planning on getting lowering springs. Both give nice comfortable rides.

just flip a coin
