anyone know how to Moon Cut a valve cover?

Default anyone know how to Moon Cut a valve cover?

i was just looking to see if anyone could moon cut my valve cover and timing belt cover and maybe a price??

You can do it with a cut off wheel and a steady hand.

i did mine with a dremel
took a few whells (i like the small ones for control) but i took my time and it turned out ok ...

that looks like a sick motor, not to jack this but what internals does that have?

anyway I think a dremel would work good or some sort of air grinder with a cutting wheel on it.

lol nothign internal ..just a stock f20b(there very stout internaly)

stock 11:1 with h22 type s cams and smooth port casting/3 angle valve job form the factory

i used a right angle drill and a hole saw. my "pilot" bit was at the very top of the plastic centered on the cam gear bolt. just take a spare cam gear and match it up with the appropriate sized holesaw.
i dont run the plastic anymore but u get the idea.

This setup looks really nice bro much better than those drop-saw method where they cut the whole side off
