I just found this place. They say they will do your cover for $60. I have never dealt with them but you can call.

Come on, where's your sense of adventure? Mark on the valve cover roughly how big you want the cutouts to be, get a compass to make it a perfect circle, cut it out roughly with a cutting bit on a dremel, and then grind it down until it's perfect. Paint and voilla! Save yourself 100 bucks.

tom at trgperformance.com....grinded all the letters off my valve cover, powdercoated gloss black, and did the cam gear cutout...$60 and it looked very, very nice.

or why don't you go SOHC? they already have the cutout stock. it is so worth it just for that.
