Default need help asap! no boost or very little boost

ok, 2001 integra ls with:
precision sc50
hondata s200b
rc 550 injectors
tial 38mm wastegate
tial bov
turbosmart mbc
neukin ac friendly manifold
custom ic piping
custom 2.5 to 3 dp

3" kteller exhaust

ok now the question; had slowmotion racing do the install and tune. unfortuantely during the tune they were only gettin 1 or 2 lbs of boost. then after getting back to the shop, they took off the filter and spun the turbine and it looked like one of the blades was touching on the side of the housing. it didn't do that when it was up to speed, only when it was slowing down. they said that they checked everything else out on the install, all the couplers and fittings. the only thing that we have come up with is the turbo is a lemon. please anyone else have any ideas? all help is appreciated. thanks HT

alos i just rememberd that they also did a boost test and they said it was fine. boost test on teh turbo itself.

Its the turbo. Mine did that too.......the blades left groove marks in my housing. I didn't even get 1lb of boost.

Had to buy a new turbo.

not so much as a dead turbo, the shaft seems to just "out of whack" as precision told me this afternoon. and it def didn't look like teh pic above, they only put about 2 miles on it before deciding that it would be a bad idea to continue. so this weekend they are gonna tear it all apart again, then monday ship it out to precision. 7 to 10 days to fix and then more travelling time then slap it on and tune it. so about 2 weeks hopefully. everyone cross their fingers!

as far as a boost test goes, i saw them pull off the filter then put on a couple silicon coupler and through some piping fed compressed air. then a boost gauge was hooked up to the contraption. thats as far as i know. i'll be sure to ask them again when i see them. maybe someone could add to this and help us all out.
