My friend has a srt-4, HE says he has bad part throttle boost or some ****, i dont know much about it, my question is, he is saying it is bad to part throttle boost, i guess hes saying not to boost unless only wot ???

 

i believe your friend needs to go to a good tuner

 

ive never heard of his theory. all i know is its not the best thing to do is to boost the whole way down highway strips. depends on the motor build. and as far at part throttle. if its shitty and hesitates, it means you could be running lean on a/f

 

i just figure this because that was what my problem was a couple weeks ago. the car would even stall on me cause i was running a basemap. i got a tune and now im good to go

 

All i know is he got his car, bought a bunch of ****, like safc, boost controller, bigger waste gate 3inch exhaust... and for a good laugh, he said he doesnt need to tune his srt-4 cause it tunes its self

Actually, SRT4's do have a problem with part throttle boost.
