Default How to wire in-tank fuel pump

tryed searching could not find it. I'm trying to find out how to hard wire in tank fuel pump,

You don't wire them, they plug in to your OEM connector.

yeah i i know that but i want to hard wire and install relay for a higher voltage peak

Run a big gauge wire directly from the battery and use the OEM fuel pump wire to trip the relay then...

someone told me theres a way to run the wire to the ignition so it is only actavated when acc is on not just running it directly to battery

If you trip the relay off the OEM pump wire, then the fuel pump runs whenever the ECU wants it to. The battery is the source of the power, but the connection is only made when the OEM pump wire gets power.

Kinda like the remote power wire on an amp...the power comes from the battery but it doesn't get power unless the ecu needs it to.
