Opinions please
616(11KG)Front\392(7KG)rear with adjustible 22mm rear swaybar OR
616(11KG)Front\504(9KG)rear with adjustible 22mm rear swaybar
For street(harshness means nothing to me), canyon running(half my commute to work), auto-x and road course
Which spring rate setup would be more ideal for all?
I really need help here, so any help is greatly appreciated.
BTW, this trial period sucks, so if I cant respond its not my fault.

wow, my crx weighs less than both. Do I get a cookie now?
There is no such thing as a good rate for street, autocross, and tracking. For street, you (usually) want pretty neutral and light rates. For autocross, you want fairly loose at low speeds & stiffer. For track, you want neutral with a tendency toward oversteer and much stiffer. Problem is, a track setup will understeer in auto-x. An auto-x setup will be WAY too much oversteer on a track. Neither will be particular comfy on the street for most people. Personally, for a 5th gen., I'd want the stiffer rates but those are still not optimal to me. When I had mine, I was running 450 front/550 rear with 23 mm rear sway & yellows set to 1/2 firm front & 3/4 firm rear.
Oh, to give you an idea, most people tracking your car would be running something around 600-800 front with 800-1200 rear along with a large rear sway (19-24mm).
