I have a 97 civic coupe with asr rear plate and 22mm si rear sway bar I am looking to get the koni yellow gc combo with top hats all around....my question is what spring rates would you suggest..

This is my daily driver however I dont really mind a bumpy ride...I am planning on lowering my coupe in front tucking tire and in rear at the tire so I like it slammed.... I was thinking 400f/450r or 350f/450r what do you guys think.....

thats gonna be one hell of a rough ride. my 95 is 280f/230r and it rides really nice. so thats a big jump imo.

where are you finding spring rates that high anyway?

they are available thru GC from what I was told.....I am currently running 340f and 250r with tokico blues and it rides great I just dont get the feel I am looking for....I want it stiff and no roll I dont want the back to sag when I have 1 person I want it to handle like a champ on a low buget.....

i know i am a month late but i had 450/360 on my 2000lb hatch with the beaks kit, itr rear bar and ls front bar. the car was totally fine for daily driving with hx rims, just on the rough side. it was great for auto-xing. it would be a lot tougher with bigger wheels though.

what is the rest of your setup and how much does the rest of your car weigh. more importantly do you do participate in any sanctioned race events (auto-x, road race)?
