Lowered problems
Ok, i see all these Integras that are low, tires tucking a little. Does your upper control arm not hit the strut tower?
I have ground control coil overs, with Tokico 5 way adjustable and Ingalls camber kit. I lowered it with the tires level with the fender and the upper control arm hits. Of course i raised it up
how do you do it?
*edit* i did a search and found some answers

Mine is lowered 2.5F 2.0R and mine do not thump or hit. I am even running skunk2 adjustable control arms. That thumping could be a ball joint goin out. That is why i put the skunk2's on it cause mine were thumpin......
I knwo what the thumping is.. just a way to stop it. I can see now how the ingalls kit moved the control arm out some.
mine is dropped more then 2.5 i think. i have 16s and you couldnt fit any fingers between my tire and fender.
I just saw in another post "slammed cars" and how extremely low people have been driving their cars around.

As far as some controls arms not hitting, sounds great, but all the control arms I've used in the past all had that problem (ingalls and skunk2). I have negative 3 degrees camber, but it's not daily driven
