Hello everyone I'm new to honda-tech. I've been reading some of the other post and found some good advice but I still have a couple of questions. First I have a t3/t4 57trim turbo kit with Vafc and a stock p28(which is running my b16a2 now with out the kit on) 440 Rc injectors, AEM fuel rail, Apexi Ni 2.5 in catback 2.5 intercooling piping and 2.5 downpipe. What kind power can I expect with my stock B16. And 2nd I plan to get hondata in a couple of months, but until then can I run the unchipped P28 or do I need to find a P30, or P72. Pls help Thanx

 

When I had my b16, I made 190whp untuned on a drag gen2 kit. Same size turbo as yours, 2.5" dp & exhaust, stock injectors, stock p28, 7lbs. My friend is making 250whp with his b16 on hondata at 9lbs with my old turbo setup.

Which setup do you have. A stock P28 and Safc Hack or P28 Hondata tuned. And also what kind of boost are you run on a daily basis.

im planning to turbo my stock b16 as well, but i dont know what set up to run

I was thinking to run a sparks racing t-manifold,35mm tail wastegate, (sc61 turbo ), revhard intercooler,hks bov, p28 hondata,bigger injectors,FPR,and a after market fuel pump.

let me know what u think,is this capable to make 250+whp to the wheels well tuned.

 

248whp and 175 ft lbs @9psi with the same turbo tuned with hondata.
226whp 160ft lbs using a fmu/sfc @ 9psi.

 

251 whp / 176 wtq @ 10 psi

DRAG III kit w/ TO4B 57 trim
RC 310's, Holly intank, 10:1 FMU, 2.5 dp to 3 inch exhaust

Best time w/ that setup was 12.43 @ 110 on slicks...

Would have pushed the B16 way harder but LS/VTEC owns me!
