There are 3 coolant temp sensors on that car.

1 for the radiator fan On/Off - LIGHT BLUE
1 for the temp gauge on the dash - LIME GREEN
1 for the ECU - RED

What's the problem/ Which one?

That's my good deed for they day......

Should be saved somewhere as this question gets asked 1000X a month.

ALSO, Coolent temp fans wont kick on till about 220. I installed a Water temp guage, cause my fans wernt kicking on when I thought they should have. I mean the radiator hoses were flippin HOT, but my temp guage was reading 160, also when your driving, just the movement thru the bumper will keep it cool enough so the fans never kick on.

SO what controll the fans is 2 things, the ECT, and the relays. thats it. those sender units(in the head) are for readings in the ECU\guages.

I'm getting a code 8 which is TDC Sensor but my distributor is brand new, does anybody know if it could be one of the other sensors in the pic. above?

Nope its the sensor inside the distributor, but make sure your timing is set at tdc also.
