Need suggestions!
So here it is I had problems with my 98 GSR and it's reached about almost 100K by now (and of course its burning a lot of oil). There's a piece of sparkplug into my first cylinder resulting from an incident so I gotta take the head out for two reasons now since I also want to rebuild it.
On top of that, I refinanced my car loan and was able to comfortably swift away with 10000$ on it, that I want to use 6000$ of on my car.
Whats the best way to spend it? Now some of you are gonna say "It depends what you wanna do with your ride (...)" WELL I want a good suspension and all the rest in the engine.
Some people told me to put ITR pistons and to rebuild my head with performance parts, some people told me the same thing exept to swap the head with a B16A.
Some others told me to return stock and turbo it @ around 12 PSI and change the parts that are involved in a turbo setup.
So here is the big question : wich of these scenario is the best to fit my budget, wich one is the fastest, and if I turbo it what parts do I need to "upgrade"? I know about the exhaust, the fuel pump, the intake, probably headers.. the rest if any Im not sure.
Thanks

If you go all-motor put Jdm itr piston since you have a gsr motor and that would bring the compression to 11:1 and thats the highest compression ratio you can get to use with pump gas. Then if you go the turbo route your gonna have to ugrade your piston to lower compression and some forged ones, your also gonna need an exhust manifold to mount the turbo to, and dont forget to upgrade your fuel system.
