I have been having some trouble with my motor recently so I brought it to a good shop and they told me I need to buy some type of engine management or chip. They said the reason being because i'm getting to much air and fuel into my motor and the stock ecu doesn't know what to do with it all. So I have been having idle problems and start up problems meaning my car will start and run a really low idle then die. I have a vafc but not installed, will this help?? Or should I buy some other type of program? Its a 99 si so it has obd2. Please help!
