Default P28 vs P72 no low end power

I switched out my P72 for a P28 with hondata s200 and the low end torque right now is totally gone. Its feels a lot slower than when I had the stock P72 in there. By the way this is on a 94 GSR. Will it feel like it has power once again when i get my skunk2 manifold put in?

What kind of program is on the P28 w/ hondata??

p28 maps are intended for a SOHC stock, so there is a huge difference in fuel and timing all the way through the powerband
