ive got a brand new crank from eagle and new rods from eagle, but they didnt come with bearings, so i had to start with somthin to find if i need bigger or smaller bearings,


so the sales person at eagle told me i should get all pink ( thats what everybody is telling him they're using) so i do , now i realize, hey i need different bearings for this setup to get the desired clearances....

i need the berings i buy next to be anywhere from .010mm thicker to .020mm thinner. has anyone measured these things with a micrometer i dont really want to go and spend another 100 on a set of bearings just becouse thy're the next size up or down. i mean what if they're only .005mm thicker or thinner.....

i hear that each color of bearing represents .003mm either way like red is .003 thinner than pink..... is this right?
