huh?? you're supposed to run the vtec wire straight to the ecu.

"Two ways to wire it up from here. If your car had A/C and the A/C Clutch Relay (find a wiring diagram for your car) is still intact, take the 12v (+) wire that is activated and run that to the VTEC Solenoid. Viola you are done (besides setting it up in the TurboEdit program)."

If you're using this method to hookup your vtec, I assume that:
1) Your car is chipped with the TurboEdit program.
2) You have a OBD0 vehicle with a PM6 ecu.
3) You capable of configuring the TurboEdit program for your vtec mod.
Okay good...just wanted to make sure. By the sound of your question, it sounded like you thought you could simply run vtec from your a/c clutch, which is impossible unless you have your ecu chipped.
Now for the positive wire going to you a/c clutch. It's really simple. Locate the fan clutch and find the wire plugged into it.
Disconnect it.
If it's one wire (as illustrated in your state of the art wiring schematic) then that's your positive wire that you need to run to your vtec solenoid.
If its two wires, use the wire that isnt black as the black wire is always ground. Whichever color the 2nd is, that's your power wire for the a/c.
