My car has no codes, and the CEL is working. The car is having a pretty big problem and I dont have a clue what is going.

First off I have replaced spark plugs, gone through two sets of spark plug wires, new dizzy cap, rotor, and a new oxygen sensor.

Second, im am using a p05 ecu (92-95 dx ecu) that is chipped with a p28 map and disengaged vtec. The ecu works fine, and works in other obd1 cars just fine.

Here is the problem that I really need help with....

Once the car warms up and goes into an operating range or temperature range the car starts bogging and stuttering, and you can really feel it when you go up to a hill, you have to give the car more throttle and then it will sputter and bog, then WOT it will finally starts moving somewhere in the power band, but barely anywhere.

And something to add on to the problem, once you turn off the car, turn it back on the problem goes away. But once the car gets back to that operating range it starts the process all over.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.
