Default Is there an expected mileage for my Head gasket to go at?

I have 2 JDM H22's and I can only assume that they had 40-60k miles on them when I got them. I did a timing belt, water pump, and balance shaft belt before I installed them. Should I plan on doing a Head gasket? Or do I wait until I find oil in my coolant? Or until it blows. I replaced the head gasket at 90k miles on my old motor because the coolant was showing signs of oil mixing. I would just hate to blow one. I dealt with it on my old buick skyhawk......pain!

Head gaskets generally don't blow at specified intervals. It happens more as a result of problems such as overheating.
