Does the vtec kick in a 5800 or 4800...I have heard of chipped p28's with both...can anyone confirm this??

is 225 plus shipping a descent price for the skunk chipped p28 ecu with 9200 rev limiter and 4800 vtec xover????

I also need the wiring harness for obd2 to obd1 with the hook up for the VAFC too
