VAFC or P28 chipped?
i got a OBD2 on my car right now. Which would u recommend between the two? My plans on the motor are:
Skunk2 IM
Skunk2 stage 1 cams
Type R valvetrain parts
Type R pistons

if you got cash to spend, then indeed get both. this will allow you to get most out of your chipped ECU.
if you can't then OBDI ecu seems like your best bet. ability to have your vtec, rev limits points set, improve fuel/ignition maps are one of the benefits. and for little under $300 you can have the ECU and harness converter. (check my sig
and check out the best buys forum for $125 harnesses from Blown90hatch )
while the VAFC is a good pice all it can do is to adjust fuel maps and set your vtec point.

How good is the OBD2 dc2 ecu anyway? Can it give problems when the engine is fully build? Or, How well does the OBD2 ecu learn from modifications?
