a small turbo and run low psi. t3/t04e is a little big for me. i'd rather have a quick spooling turbo and get less power than something that is big and make huge amounts of power at the same psi. ur engine dosent care about psi. it cares about how much power its making. 8 psi from a t3/t04e is not the same as 8 psi from a t25.

do a compression test to see how healthy your engine is. i boosted by LS with 115,000+ miles on it with a DRAG kit pushing 7 psi. pulled hard like a ****!

i boosted my LS integ with 160,000 and i blew my motor. just playing. Go TURBO! if its the rings yoru worried about, then change them out so you know for sure your car is good.
