I liked the Sylvania silverstars I had. There are a few good bulbs out there. How dim are they? There might be something else going on with your car if they are really dim.
there fine for now, but i just HATE not being able to see far ahead of me at night. so are the H4's brighter or stock ones? i had Sylvania bulbs in my EF and liked it as well, it was bright white light, i wouldnt mind getting a set for this EG
-edit- i tried aiming them but it didnt work very well

H4 is the fitment for you perticular type of headlight....not a brand or a kind...PIAA is a brand...Sylvania is a brand. Not H4. You need a PIAA bulb, or a Sylvania bulb that is fitment H4.
I recommend PIAA super whites

I have PIAA's and i love them, the warranty they have is awesome too, i can see SOOOOOOO much better at night now and they have a clean bright WHITE look instead of the regualr common dim yellowish color.....
DEF spend the extra bucks for some PIAA's though, they will last VERY long, and are very high quality, anyone who has used them willl tell you the same.....
Or do a a retro fit HID setup in your stock housings if you want a real bright light haha
good luck, and dont cheap out and buy the blue glass ones from your local auto parts store.....they will burn out in a month or so....
