I'm getting some new coilovers and would like to scale my car, can any one give me some recomondations at what I should be shooting for? ( 95 DX hatch ) Thanks

 

Equal Cross weights

Try to have your front wheel weights equal also, but maintain equal cross weights. Ideal is to have around 20 lbs more on the FR than FL because there are more right turns than left on any clockwise running racetrack. Rear wheel weights on a FWD car is not as big of a factor.

 

don't forget to include the driver in the car (or something of similar weight in the drivers seat) when making the adjustments (and fuel)

 

good point.....make sure no one is resting or touching the car too...
I had a friend leaning on the car when were weighing the car..... pissed me off trying to figure out if the scales were screwy or if we had made the wrong adjustment
