i was just wondering whats bettter... and HX or and EX ?? i always thought the ex was better and everything is pretty much the same in both models exept that the HX has Wheels and not hub caps... so i was just curious cuz im looking to buy another civic thanks

 

Technically the hx chassis is lighter to make up for the ex having more power out of the box.

Its all opinion based when you get down to it

 

whichever one's cheaper for you is the better choice

 

its funny when people say "quick question" when the answer cannot be answered. it all depends on what you mean by "better". there are a million gazzillion people in this world, and everyone has their own idea of what "better" is. so tell me...what is it that you exactly mean by "better"? and ill help you come to a conclusion.

well both the EX and HX im looking at ar at 4,700 so going with the cheapest one isnt really an option. i was just wandering about like the engine, etc. i know the HX has Vtec-E what do you guys think about it, is it or
also the CVT tranny i dont know if it applies to a manual tranny... i guess my overall question is if i can get somthing out of this car without doing a swap, or is it just an environmentalist/economy type of car.
