Default Question on toe alignment!!!

I just got alignment done on '99 Prelude. For example here is my TOE "before" and "after" on the front left wheel:

After Before Specified Range

0.03 -0.15 -0.08 0.08

My car is lowered about 1.5" front and 1.3" rear, and I don't have camber kit. I understand that TOE is the main thing that kills the tires. I hear a lot of people say that the TOE has to be zero out to prevent the inside wear. My question is that does it have to be exactly at 0 or just within the spec range is fine?

0 would be the best, but the spec range is there for a reason, and it should be fine.

Thanks! The TOE on all 4 wheels is within spec, but some of the wheel's CAMBER isn't. Should I worry about that?

What are your specs on your camber?

the rear is kind of off. 2 degrees is a lot.
