question on fixing negative camber
right now i'm at -1.36 Front and -1.2 Rear. whats the cheapest and best way to fix? i was thinking washers in the back, what about the front? i'm lowered on H&R sports, about 1.75"

yeah you are still within factory specs, or at the most on the borderline. dont even bother with cam kits. keep your tires properly aired up and rotated and they will be fine.

i just finished reading through some posts and one guy said front camber shouldn't be affected no matter how much its lowered? is that true? if so what else could be throwing it off that much. the guy that did the alignment told me that was a lot of negative camber and i should rotate once a month riding like this.

I think you misunderstood whatever you read. Camber (front and rear) is indeed affected when the car is lowered. However, in many cases, the amount of negative camber that results is no great enough to "require" an adjustable camber kit. Your own camber is really not "off that much", and as I said, assuming the car has been aligned and the toe settings are within spec (preferably close to zero), you should not experience excessively uneven tire wear.
