Default Misfire problem, can anyone help?

Hey all. I am going nuts over here trying to fix this. I have a 98 civic EX. It's throwing 5 codes. P0301, 0302,0303,0300 one for each cylinder misfire. Then a P1399 for a random ignition misfire. I changed plugs, wires, cap and rotor, cleared the codes, and the problem is still there. I searched, but haven't found anything to help. Any ideas?? Help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I kind of thought that at first. I just did a compression check, approx 170 in all 4 cylinders. If it jumped time, wouldn't the compression be lower?

did u have the coil tested? if all the cyls are misfiring, it would be something that affects all cyls. cap and rotor are unlikely but inexpensive to replace, coil is about 35 bucks from autozone, they can test yours there as well
