Default So I'm driving...

I'm driving hard...bring it to redline and my tach goes to 0. I'm like oh **** maybe my tach is messed up but my speedo still works. Pull up to a light and my motor is off. Figures.

Try to start it up, nothing. Feels like the main relay is out, or the fuel pump?

Could a fuel pump just go out just like that? I hear no "click" when I turn it to "ON". I'm sure its the fuel pump but want to make sure before I spend wads of money on one.

Oh yes, 95 GSR motor in a 92 Hatch.

If you don't hear a 'click' noise when you turn your key to accessory, it's your main relay. Check that.

Could it be the fuel pump also? I don't see why the main relay would just go out like that. It's jewish...

There's no need to make racist remarks.

Main relays are prone to go out in the EG chassi. If you're not hearing a click with your CEL goes off, it IS your main relay. Can you hear your fuel pump prime when your key is at accessory?

Lighten up, it was a joke.

I guess I'll try the main relay and report back here.

Racism is something that is taken lightly here. You've been here long enough, you should know.

Also listen to see if your fuel pump is priming.
