GSR misfires under obd2 but not obd1 ?
hey ... just wondreing if anyone knows what this could be ...
i have an obd2b gsr and i get misfires on 3 4 sometimes on 1 ... just random .. well when i jump the harness over to obd1 .. i dont have any misfires .. although it kind of drives a little "boggy" ethier way ... firend was saying it could be the crank angle sensor but im not throwing a code for it ? so i dont knwo hah ... iv looked at the cap and rotor .. dont seem to bad, will replace soon anyways. checked the spark plugs , they seemed good althought im not sure if the gap is all the way correct ... any help to this would be great ..
iv searched threw the archived for misfires ... but didnt find a topic that really said anything like switching obd's and haveing a problem only on one of the obd's .. thanx . !!

Maybe OBD2b that you uses is running leaner than OBD1 thus you have lean misfire.
Either way something is wrong, you better check out your usual tuneup items and tuning (timing, injector clogging, fuel filter clogging, air leak, O2 sensor , etc).
Good luck
