i just got done repairing my upper. use fiberglass. I have had good experience with it.

depending on how bad the broken part is, I would try to apply most of the fiberglass from the inside out. (less sanding this way) and then finshin up with some high quality bondo and glazy putty.

good luck.

Home depot, probably $5 for the fiberglass resin, $5 for the fiberglass cloth, and another $5 for bondo.

the fiberglass could crack easily later on down the road did it with me

there is special welding for plastic that you can use to weld other peices of plastic on that is ur best bet...then bondo/fiberglass try that

There is a 2 part epoxy that you use on plastics. I forgot the name but you can buy it at your local automotive paint store. It's very easy to use and will not crack. It's the only way to go.

i would say if it is a crack — either plastic weld it, or use the epoxy, the fiberglass is more for larger whole, where you need to recreate material.

I am surprised the fiberglass cracked for the one guy, my parts are at least twice as strong now. (at least more rigid)

i got everything at walmart. but home depot /lowes or any automotive store will have it.
