SRS light on. how do i reset it?

I broke my stock Cable rEEL and got another two extra cable reeels. i tried both, but the light is still on? am i doing something wrong? i am connecting everything back how its supposed to. is there some special way to reset this? thanks MY horn does Work and my car is a DX so no cruise control..... so my airbags arent working cuz the srs light is on?

i checked the under-dash fuse box. i THINK i can see a small, yellow plug with two green wires coming out. it looks to also have loom over it that is wrapped in yellow tape. it's tucked a bit up there.
would this be the right plug to use?
